Every Recavona order comes with a 90-night trial. Use it at home for three months. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund.
How to return an item
- Email Support@Recavona.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If your device arrives damaged or stops working, email us with your order number and a short description, and we'll put it right.
